Company will not exchange incorrect purchase

I ordered a Kindle Keyboard 3G Graphite, free 3G + Wi-Fi at a cost of $229.00. Readershop invoiced and sent me a New Kindle Touch Wi-Fi 6″ and it was not until I got it out of the box to charge it for a xmas present that I realisted they had sent the wrong model.I emailled the company re this matter refering to my order 13242 and they told me I had ordered the one as received and invoiced. This is not so as I definately ordered the one with the keyboard because my husband, John is not as technology aware as I am. I sent another email telling ReadShop to check my original order as i definately ordered Kindle Keyboard 3g Graphite Wi Fi. I never heard from them. I sent another email telling then the same story and telling them that I would take the matter further. This I did faxing a dispute form to my Citibank and they told me to return the item and contact yourselves to hold the money until this matter is sorted out. I printed off the invoice and there is no address or phone number to contact them. I checked out their ABN Number 69141840342 to try and get some details but again there is no address or contact number and they trade as Target4Web Pty Ltd and seem to have 10+ subsidiary compnaies and work out of Pymont in Sydney. How can I return the goods to get the correct item as ordered. Seems to me they could be shonky. Anyway please stop payment, Pay Pal reference Number 4029357733AU and my Citibank reference number is i1112240029
