PayPal dispute closed without reviewing evidence

I sold a ring on ebay to a canadian buyer using PayPal.  Everything was fine, she even sent me an email through ebay saying “the ring is very nice”.

The very next day, however, she starts saying she does not like it and wants a refund.  Then she opens a dispute with PayPal claiming that the ring was not as described, even though the ring came with the appraisal that was copied and put in the description!

So, I escalated the case with PayPal becasue my account became -$700. I proceeded to fax them the evidence and appraisal, and they closed the case in the buyers favor before even reading my fax!

I then cancelled my PayPal and Ebay accounts  so that they could not try and charge me, and im thinking of refusing the return.  Any thoughts on this?
