I purchased a memory card via eBay using Paypal. It turns out that the memory card was fake (which apparently is an ongoing eBay scheme). After receiving in writing from the seller that the item was indeed fake, I filed a complaint with Paypal. Back about 4 months ago, I received an email from paypal saying that they took $78.00 out of my bank account by e-check. A month before that they took $300.00 out. Then the month before that they took $30.00 out. A few days ago I received an email from PayPal saying they had drafted an e-check from my bank account for an eBay charge. I had already payed eBay with a credit card. There was no need for PayPal to do this. I wish I saw this website before, but I did not so I bought 2 (supposedly) 32 GB flash drives from a seller in China, and after 2 weeks I get both and they are 2 GB drives instead of 32 GB. I contacted the seller and received no reply and opened a dispute with PayPal. Read more of this article »
