On 3rd May, I made a purchase via PayPal for a lifetime membership at http://www.animedownloadsonline.com. The correct amount was deducted from my PayPal account yet I never received the promised membership access. My emails to the seller were unanswered. On May 3, 2010 I received an e-mail from PayPal telling me that from now on the payments I received from my e-bay auctions would be held for up to 21 days.
