I had just changed my merchant service from another merchant provider to paypal, due to PayPal’s claim that online sales will increase up to 14% if you accept payment online by paypal. Paypal retained my prior address as being confirmed, even after i updated it. Then when I ordered from a company, and gave the company my real address, PayPal changed the shipping to my old outdated address. I never received the item. Then when I tried to delete my old address, the Paypal system wouldn’t allow me to delete it, “saying I could not delete a confirmed address.” Read more of this article »

I have been using paypal for a while now and never had any issues until now. I use a bank account to have paypal withdraw funds from whenever I make a purchase. I was given some bad advice by one of paypal’s customer service reps which caused an overdue balance previously paid to be added to another purchase. Read more of this article »

To start, my transaction number was not recognized by PayPal’s computer database. Also, in my experience PayPal will not provide their toll free number up front, only the long distance number, from their website. Read more of this article »

I had 2 charge-backs on my paypal account, both of which I provided necessary tracking info and other evidence showing that I was in the right. I waited several days after providing this evidence before calling PayPal to see why they were still holding my money. Read more of this article »
