Can’t travel and use Paypal

I travel worldwide in my work and access the internet from various countries. Everytime I opened a Paypal account in one country and then accessed it in a different country, the account was ‘frozen’. This in spite of sending scans of my passport and bank / credit card statements. I found Paypal ‘customer service’ worse than useless, as not only was it next to impossible to contact an actual human being, but when I did the suggested solution worked only until the next time I accessed my account from a third country, whereupon my account was frozen again. After several tries to resolve the issue, I gave up and will never use
paypal again.
