Can’t close PP account or retrieve funds
This is just another fob off. The arrogance of PayPal knows no bounds.
For months I have been trying to close this account and retrieve MY funds, dozens of people have told me that they are reviewing, checking and/or passing on information and still I await MY money!
NO WONDER THERE ARE NOW SO MANY ANTI PAYPAL WEBSITES.

Not letting me close the account.I want to close the account. I have 0 balance and no liability. I have tried to call and then tried to contact though customer services. They hung up on me. I donot know why...
I don’t want to give bank account number to close paypal accountI want to close my account … don’t need their product .. don’t want their service. To do so online, you get in a question/answer loop and you can’t close without giving them a credit...
