buyer refunded and received item now has new iphone and $721 dollars

Hi all who have been paypal’d as hard as i have, I got paypal’d so hard i cant sit today.

Sold an item august 10 iphone 4 $721. Postage was delayed by 1 week. Buyer changed postage address to his daughters as the phone was for her. I made the changes sent the item and gave the tracking number for the post.

Buyer got impatient and started paypal dispute august 25th then received item 26th and left me positive feedback for the item on ebay and was happy with the item but did not close the dispute. i sent many emails asking he close the dispute as paypal was holding the money.

Over the last month and a half the case progressed into a claim information was provided like the tracking number of the postage and i informed them that ++feedback had been left and that is clear if they look at ebay. But that was not enough for them they sent me a message 3 days ago asking me to fax them a copy of the actual shipping label that was used to post the item?? The tracking number and the ==feedback was not able to be used as evidence. Today they refunded the buyer his $721. I cant describe how raped i feel after i got paypal’d..

Never again will I use paypal. They had my money on hold for 1 and a half months and then give it back to the buyer with a new iphone 4 32gb white. They could not have possibly looked at this case at all. This is a crime ebay and paypal is the biggest scam of all time they just hold the money as long as they can to earn interest.
