Buyer got dress and money.

I made a custom order for a customer and mailed it to her. Mind you I took pics all along the way. Once she got the dresses she opened a dispute saying they weren’t what she wanted. I told her once I got the dresses back I’d gladly refund. Well, paypal gave her the money and never made her send the dresses back! So she has the money and the dresses… and then they cancelled my account! I will never ever use Paypal again and I urge everyone that reads this to stay away from paypal.
