Buyer files claim after event was over

I sold a ticket to the burning man festival on ebay. The seller claims he couldnt use the ticket though he didn’t request his money back until after the festival was over. Paypal says I didnt respond quickly enough so they ruled in his favor. I did everyrthing I was supoosed to and they say I owe them money which I refuse to pay back. So now what?
