Buyer destroyed Item and got refund. WTF??
paypal screwed me over $900! a buyer received the items that they paid for, damaged them, and then claimed to paypal that i had sent them shoddy merchandise. clearly this was a case of buyer’s remorse since the buyer had emailed me about a possible return. despite sending in all my evidence to paypal, they still sided with the buyer. now i’m out $900 plus $30 in shipping and the buyer sends me back broken merchandise. paypal says that their decision is to “protect” both parties. yeah, the buyer gets away scott-free and i get shafted. i feel reeeeall protected.
