Buyer Abused Loopholes with Paypal

I sold $12,000 worth the micro sd cards to a woman In california and she turned around and tried to sell them to her customer without asking her customer if they need them and they didn’t need them so she asked me for a refund. And I told her I was not gonna refund them since she already sent them to China. She told me that she would just report to Paypal that they was fake and use some fakes cards she had and say they was the ones I sent her. After I faxed over invoices of where I bought them and phone numbers of where I bought them. I gave them all the information they asked for and then some. They still found in favor of her. I even asked them if they could still leave the account open with out a limit so I could still sell and be ab;e to pay the amount back while I was gonna file for a lawsuit against the girl. And they said no they can’t do that and hung up on me.
