Been selling for 7 years yet Paypal sides with new Buyer
Sold many expencive items (laptops from $1,000 to $3,000). 100% positive feedback. have account for 7 years. Two weeks ago buyer, who just registered account less then month ago bought a new, sealed in box laptop and than claimed box was not sealed and item was refurbished. After submiting all documents that item was new, etc. PayPal decided I have to return money back to the buyer. Hate them!
