Banned from Paypal for not using Paypal

I never once used pay pal but opened an account last June 2010. But because I never used it…they banned me from ever using pay pal ever. WTF. I owed monies to a lawyer and his only way to get paid wason pay pal….but now I can’t. Some hindu guy named Izzy……..told me that they looked over my account and decided because I NEVER used it to ban me forever. What idiots.
