Account was hacked and no help from Paypal

My paypal account was hacked into. No one called me, I received an email stating they were questioning my account. My bank account suddenly went into the negative for over $1200. Someone had ordered a laptop and had it sent to California somewhere. I had to pay to put a stop payment on my bank account before it went through again. Paypal would not give me any information stating I needed the information to be requested by a judge. A secured site? NOT!! Paypal was suppose to launch a full investigation months ago, but I haven’t heard a thing about it.
