Account limited but Customer Service is no help
PayPal payment being withheld for 21+ days. Received notification that a payment from a eBay buyer, for the amount of $99.99 is being withheld by PayPal, as of 01-20-2012.
I, the seller have a score of 270, and 100% feedback, with no complaints. Having been a eBay member for several years, and with several current transactions.

Spoke with a customer service representive by the name of Jake this evening.
Trying to get a reasonable answer, and understanding of why I have been selected for this sort of special attention.
It was a waste of time talking to Jake, and I have decided no longer to accept PayPal payments when selling on eBay.
My personal feeling is with the economy in the tank, PayPal is trying to improve there financial situation on the backs of good honest people. By holding the funds for 3 plus weeks, and drawing the interest on someone elses money.
