Account closed for no reason

Paypal just closed my account and froze my fund for $3700. I never received dispute or chargeback case or any other type of complain, just because my monthly sales went up to $10,000, they requested information about me and my business, I provided everything i have just to prove them Im a business man and selling products seriously thru eBay, after I entered my SSN, TAX ID, IRS#, they decided to close my account just because my account is connected to another account which has unresolved transaction issue and registered with my SSN, i explained to them I don’t own the account, someone must had used my personal info to open that account, but definitely it wasn’t done by me. Please advice on getting my money back cause i really need them, 180 days money back and by that time both me and my company is dead. Thank you for your time and assistance.
