About The PPC Website

As the creator of PayPalComplaints.org, I felt it necessary to explain why I decided to start this website.  The fact of the matter is that I have been using PayPal for many years, at first for Ebay auctions and eventually for accepting payments for e-commerce sites that I started.  I was very happy with PayPal in the beginning.

As time went on, however, I ran into some issues with PayPal and some of their policies.  I found many of them to be unfair towards their account holders, and that trying to reconcile any of these issues via’ PayPal’s customer service representatives was very time consuming and frustrating.  PayPal’s customer service department gave me the run-around anytime I called them with my concerns, I felt like I was being stonewalled by everyone I talked to.

After going through this same poor treatment more times than I care to remember, I finally decided to start collecting complaints from other PayPal users (I knew there had to be plenty of them).  I know I can’t directly change the way PayPal operates their business, but at least I can have a place where people can tell others their experiences with this company.
