6 months to open a charity paypal account

It’s taken over 6 months now to work on openning a paypal account for our registered tax-deductable charity in Switzerland.
It is still a limited account despite over 20 emails being sent and 13 different documents being uploaded and emailed to verify our organization.

Every single request I have complied with and when at last it seems I’ve finished everything they just ignore me and my account is STILL limited.

Now they’ve resumed communications but don’t seem to have a record of the last 20 emails which I sent and resent without reply.
A horrible, horrible service provider. Does anyone know of any legitimate alternatives to paypal? please let me know as I would love to dump them and promote someone with more consistent CRM.
