21 day hold is not going to work for me.

I just got the notice that thet from now on they will put a hold on any incoming payments for 21 days ,but they “might” release sooner if I get a good feedback . I have a problem with my legs and need this money as soon as the item sells just to eat and stay alive. I’ve never had any problems with my ads.If an item didn’t meet someone’s satisfaction I gave a full refund. I’ve had my own account for 6 years and sold car parts for my old boss from 2002 till he laid me off in ’08.In ’02 I sold over $50,000 in the first 6 months. Now I am getting screwed . I may just close the Ebay acct and try to sell on other sites like craigslist .Have they really gotten that greedy?
