21 day hold is BS

I’ve always had problems with ebay and paypal. It’s cost me my brick and morter business when ebay billed me incorrectly and paypal held funds so I couldn’t pay ebay. My latest is that they decided to place an up to 21 day hold on my sells, even though I havn’t had any problems with my customers. So I am going to have to wait 21 days for my money?!? I have had problems with companies i’ve bought from this past year and have disputed the charges, I don’t know how a company not providing a service or product to me translates into me being a bad seller Oh well, I Hate PayPal…
