I joined up to PayPal & eBay. I was forced to accept PayPal as the preferred method of payment by eBay. I then lost my place of abode & was registered as homeless last year, being forced to sleep rough. I had just changed my merchant service from another merchant provider to paypal, due to PayPal’s claim that online sales will increase up to 14% if you accept payment online by paypal. Paypal attempted twice to charge my bank account for ebay fees, but they were supposed to charge my credit card. When I called them, I got someone with a thick accent who was not understandable and hung up on me.
