I have been using paypal for a while now and never had any issues until now. I use a bank account to have paypal withdraw funds from whenever I make a purchase. Phone and address change equals $10,000 on hold

I use the PayPal merchant virtual terminal (or at least i used to).  I moved to a new address and got a new phone number.
