180 days I’ll have to wait for my money

so first off i start selling stuff on ebay making over 500$ i decide to apply for a debit card because i was watching judge judy and it happend to be about paypal how funny paypal in court yeah no there probably in court 24/7 so i send out my items have 500$ ready to buy stuff for xmas log on to account your account is limited you are not 18 and will not get your money for 180days so i sit there because i was 100% SURE THEY COULDNT DO THAT but no in there (contract) or what ever it says if your not 18 your fucked jk it says if your not 18 you will not get your money back for 180 days and thats not all you can only take out 500$ every month after 180 days so not even 180 days but 210$ for me to get all my money well looks like ill be having a crappy xmas this year i really wanted to get an hd camera for my youtube since i sold my ipod that i used for recording on ebay so my youtube channel has over 100 thousand views and i love making vids with my friends but i cant anymore untill 180 days
